Karisma Kapoor fitness routine: Have a balanced diet but I do not like not to eat carbs. I eat everything, love old desserts, primarily chocolate but I can eat anything meter. So when I’m shooting I like to eat lighter. I am normally vegetarian.

All right, simple things like, again to cite normal food like Dazu T sub z. Very simple and sometimes at night I biryani and I have a balanced diet, but I do not like not to eat carbs, hide everything, and advice for all of you out there. Please eat everything, but just have a bit of portion control. Depends sometimes only two hours sometimes. Six, seven hours depending on schedule I eat every two hours. Something Yes, I do. I’m a big seafood eater. Yes. I like prawns and fish. I like Indian food. I’m very very hearty. I love eating my Indian news. And then I like Italian and Japanese. Banana Kiwi mango berries.
All the berries believe it but something I never used like when I was a kid but now I love to cook No, I don’t either. I should coffee. One but every day. Yes, I do different kinds of roti like jagi bajra different ones. It really is a treaty that is everything all the time. I never deprive myself I think it’s all about just having a balance and eating healthy but not starving yourself. I think that’s the key and that’s what I believe in. Love old designs. I love chocolate primarily chocolate but I can eat anything neater. I pizza and burger I’m not too fond of. Sometimes. I have many favorite restaurants. So when I’m shooting I like to eat lighter. I normally vegetarian or if I’m really feeling hungry then I may order from. I like to eat dinner early like about 7:30.
