I and Masood, we both were in the early stages of our career. We’re the face behind the Fitindian.in, Like many of us, we are keenly curious about self-improvement.
We think a lot of what passes for personal development these days has very little real-world application. Things like the Law of Attraction, The Secret and the idea that “all I have to do is think positively and everything will be awesome” are limiting our capacity to live better lives.
